Prof. Marianthi G. Ierapetritou, was elected as a winner of the Award of Division of Particulate Preparations and Design (PPD) in the PPD division of The Society of Powder Technology, Japan (SPTJ).
This honor was elected annually in considering the outstanding research achievements of several pharmaceutical researchers by the special committee in this society. Prof. Ierapetritou's excellent works regarding to the continuous pharmaceutical process were evaluated as the most valuable to this award by all the committee members.
The Award holder is requested to give a presentation in the symposium in Japan, preferably in the annual symposium of PPD 2015. The 32nd Symposium on Particulate Preparations and Designs will be held at Loisir Hotel Toyohashi in Japan on October 22nd-23rd, 2015. The symposium has more than 350 attendants, who want to learn about recent development in particulate preparations and designs.
